Greenville S.C. – The eighth-ranked Furman Paladins return to action on Tuesday when they travel to Asheville, N.C., to face the UNC Asheville Bulldogs in a 6 p.m. match at Greenwood Field.

Furman, No. 8 in this week's Top Drawer Soccer poll and No. 33 in the latest NCAA RPI improved to 9-1-4 overall and 2-0-1 in the Southern Conference with a 3-0 shutout of VMI on Saturday afternoon in Lexington, Va.

Luke Hutzell netted goals for the Paladins while
Connor Stout added two assists and
Ivan Horvat registered the Paladins' fifth shutout of the season.
The mid-week, non-conference clash at Asheville marks the 24
th all-time meeting between the teams with Furman holding a commanding 19-0-4 series lead. Furman claimed a 4-2 victory in the most recent meeting between the schools on October 24, 2023, in Asheville.
Following Tuesday's match, Furman returns home to host No. 18 UNC Greensboro in the annual Quinn Game for Down Syndrome Awareness on Saturday, October 25, in Seagraves Field at Stone Soccer Stadium. Admission is free and the match is set for a 7 p.m. kickoff on ESPN+.
