Cox Earns CSC Academic All-District Honors

Paladins Host Hofstra In Sweet Sixteen On Sunday At 1 P.M.

Greenville, S.C. – Furman men's soccer midfielder Gabe Cox earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District accolades, it was announced on Tuesday by the CSC.
 
Cox, a native of Richmond, Va., has earned 15 starts and played in all 20 matches for the Paladins this season while helping his squad to the Southern Conference regular season and tournament titles. Cox scored in a 3-2 win over ETSU and assisted on goals in a 6-1 win over USC Upstate and 2-0 victory over nationally-ranked UNC Greensboro.
 
The sophomore is majoring in health sciences and sports a 3.52 GPA.
 
Cox and the Paladins, 15-1-4 on the season, host Hofstra in the NCAA Sweet Sixteen on Sunday at 1 p.m. Tickets are available by clicking here.
