Statesboro, Ga. – Sunday afternoon's finale of the Bash in the Boro between Furman and Georgia Southern, scheduled for 1 p.m. at Eagle Field in Statesboro, Ga., has been postponed due to wet field conditions following heavy early morning showers.
 
The Paladins (2-6), who scored a 4-3 victory over Harvard on Saturday night, will return to action on Tuesday afternoon when they host the Canisius Golden Griffins for a 4 p.m. doubleheader at Pepsi Stadium. Admission is free.
 
Furman continues its eight-game homestand this coming weekend with the Furman Classic. The Paladins will welcome Austin Peay, Holy Cross, Morehead State, and Northern Iowa to Pepsi Stadium for tournament action February 21-23.
