Greenville, S.C. – The Furman men's soccer team looks to bounce back from its first loss of the season when it hosts the Charlotte 49ers in non-conference action Monday night on Seagraves Field at Stone Soccer Stadium.

The Paladins, ranked third in this past week's Top Drawer Soccer Top 25, enter the match at 4-1-3 on the season after suffering a 1-0 loss to College of Charleston in its last outing on Tuesday at Stone Stadium. Wilfer Bustamante leads the Paladins with four goals in eight matches while midfielder Diego Hernandez has added three goals and four assists.
 
Charlotte comes into the week at 3-2-1 following a 4-1 victory over Central Arkansas on Wednesday night. The 49ers hold a 15-4-6 in the all-time series versus Furman and captured a 2-0 victory in last season's meeting.
