Greenville, S.C. – Furman softball is scheduled to play four games during its fall schedule, including three on campus at Pepsi Stadium, it was announced this month.
 
The Paladins, under the leadership of first-year head coach Mary Beth Dennison, will open their fall schedule on October 15 when they host the Anderson Trojans at Pepsi Stadium in Greenville before traveling to Columbia, S.C. two days later to take on the South Carolina Gamecocks. The schedule concludes with home dates against Southern Wesleyan on October 24 and USC Sumter on November 9.
 
Furman is set to return five position players and two pitchers from a 2025 squad that finished 15-38 overall and 5-16 in Southern Conference play. The list of returning players is highlighted by second team All-SoCon selection Sylvia Burroughs, who hit .324 with 20 extra base hits while earning playing time behind the plate, at second base, and in right field last season.
 
Admission is free to all three games at Pepsi Stadium.
