2026-27 Men's Basketball Schedule
 
Greenville, S.C. – The Furman men's basketball team will make four appearances on CBS Sports Network and one on ESPN2 during the 2026-27 regular season as part of the Southern Conference's national television package, which was released on Thursday morning.
 
Furman's home tilt versus Wofford, originally set for January 18, has been moved to Tuesday, January 19, and will air live on CBS Sports Network at 6 p.m. The Paladins' home matchup versus ETSU has moved to noon on Sunday, January 31, and will be televised on ESPN2.
 
CBS Sports Network will air a pair of Furman games during the second week of February, beginning with a Thursday, February 11 clash versus Chattanooga at 5 p.m. at Timmons Arena. Two days later, Western Carolina will host Furman on CBS Sports Network at 10:00 a.m. in Cullowhee, N.C.
 
CBS Sports Network will also air Furman's return trip to face the Wofford Terriers in Spartanburg, S.C., on Saturday, February 20, at 4 p.m.
 
The Southern Conference will feature a modern-era high of 15 regular-season men's basketball games on ESPN networks and CBS Sports Network this season, marking the league's most robust national television coverage in at least two decades. 
 
All 11 SoCon teams will appear in at least one contest, with each game taking place after students return to campus to create the most exciting atmosphere for fans and viewers. Seven contests are scheduled for January, while the other eight will take place in February.
 
The Ingles SoCon Basketball Championship will feature four broadcasts on national linear outlets. The women's championship game and men's semifinals will air on ESPNU on Sunday, March 7. Either ESPN or ESPN2 will carry the men's title game on Monday, March 8. 
 
Furman, picked first in the SoCon in preseason polling of the league's head coaches, returns to action on Sunday, October 25, with a 4 p.m. exhibition at College of Charleston.
