GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Furman women's lacrosse team was named an Academic Honor Squad by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) while 12 student-athletes garnered Academic Honor Roll accolades, it was announced today by the organization.

Skylar Hilmer,
Shae Insinga,
Allie Kandel,
Blaine Randolph,
Rachel Sbei,
Abby Shearer,
Audrey Smith, and
Rachel Ward were all selected to the Division I Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
The 12 Paladins are part of 1,209 student-athletes from 122 different institutions named to the 2025-26 IWLCA Division I Academic Honor Roll.
Furman was one of 357 schools across Division I, II, III, and NAIA as IWLCA Academic Honor Squads for the 2025-26 academic year. To qualify, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.
