Greenville, S.C. – The Furman women's soccer team returns to the road on Sunday evening when it travels to Columbia, S.C., for a showdown against SEC power South Carolina.
 
Sunday's match is set for a 6 p.m. kickoff at Stone Stadium in Columbia and will be streamed live on SEC Network+. Links for the live stream and live statistics are available on the women's soccer schedule page at FurmanPaladins.com.
 
Furman (1-1-0) picked up its first win of the 2026 campaign on Tuesday by rolling to a 3-0 triumph over North Greenville in the home opener. Bri Pinasco, Riley O'Bryan, and Hayden Barnett registered goals in the victory while three Paladin goalkeepers combined on the shutout.
 
South Carolina is coming off a 1-0 win over No. 24 Clemson earlier this week and sports a 2-1-0 record this season. The Gamecocks hold a 16-2-1 lead in the all-time series versus the Paladins, including a 5-1 victory in the most recent meeting in August of 2024 in Columbia. Furman's last win over the Gamecocks, a 1-0 decision, came during the 2003 season.
