Greenville, S.C. – The Furman men's soccer team begins a three-match road trip on Thursday night when it travels to Durham, N.C., to take on the 19^th-ranked Duke Blue Devils.
 
Kickoff on Freeman Field at Koskinen Stadium is set for 7 p.m. and the match will be streamed live on ACC Network Xtra. Links for the live stream and live statistics are available on the men's soccer schedule page at FurmanPaladins.com.
 
The Paladins opened their home schedule on Monday night with a 1-1 draw against UNC Asheville on Seagraves Field at Stone Soccer Stadium. Trailing 1-0 late in the second half, senior Diego Hernandez scored on a free kick from just beyond the top of the box to help Furman salvage a tie. Prior to the game, the Paladins celebrated the historic 2025 season and unveiled their NCAA College Cup banner.
 
Thursday's match marks the 15^th all-time meeting between Furman and Duke with the Blue Devils holding a 12-1-1 series lead. The schools battled to a 1-1 draw at Stone Stadium last season when the Paladins were ranked 20^th in the country and Duke held a No. 8 national ranking. Landon Hill found the back of the net for Furman in the August 31, 2025, encounter.
 
Following Thursday's matchup, Furman travels to Wilmington, N.C., for a 4 p.m. kickoff versus UNCW on Sunday before visiting Davidson on Friday, September 4. The Paladins return to Stone Soccer Stadium to host Garner-Webb on September 9 at 6 p.m.
