2015 — Saw action in all 11 games and registered one start versus The Citadel...caught 12 times for 116 yards and two touchdowns...also contributed on special teams with nine punt returns for 90 yards...collected four catches for 41 yards, including a 20-yard touchdown, against The Citadel...connected with P.J. Blazejowski the next week on a 26-yard fourth quarter scoring strike against Samford that tied the  game at 17-17 on the way to a 20-17 win...also contributed three punt returns for 50 yards versus Samford...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll...served as an intern with the U.S. Trade Representative, an executive office of the President, in June and July through Furman’s Washington Experience program. 

2014 — Earned starts in four games and saw action in 10 of the Paladins’ 12 contests....caught 20 passes for 257 yards and four scores...returned three punts for 31 yards...hauled in a season high four catches for 47 yards against Gardner-Webb (13-3 win)...recorded his first touchdown catch (43 yards) versus Presbyterian...caught a 7-yard, fourth quarter touchdown pass against No. 3 ranked Coastal Carolina to tie the game (37-31, 2OT loss)...had 28 and 27-yard touchdown catches versus VMI and The Citadel, respectively...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

2013 — Contributed eight receptions for 92 yards in his first season of action...earned playing time in 12 of 14 games and notched a pair of starts, his first coming against Western Carolina (32-20 win)...first reception covered 14 yards against Coastal Carolina...had a season high two catches for 23 yards versus 13th-ranked LSU...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

2012 — Member of scout team...named to SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

High School:  2012 graduate of North Gwinnett (5A) High School, where he was a teammate of Furman linebacker Carl Rider...football coach was Bob Sphire...played wide receiver and  returned punts...caught a school record 71 passes for 890 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2011 in helping North Gwinnett to an 11-2 record, region championship, and state playoffs...was a second team Gwinnett Daily Post All-County honoree...member of three region title teams that combined to go 21-0 in region play and 34-5 overall...also competed in track.

Personal:  Full name is Chad Robert Scott...born January 17, 1994, in Irvine, California...son of Chuck and Julie Scott...has a brother, Caleb, and a sister, Jenna...father played football at Vanderbilt and spent two years in the NFL with the Los Angeles Rams and Dallas Cowboys...sports a 3.50 grade point average...economics major.
