2014 — Started in all 12 games at defensive tackle, one of five Paladin defenders to earn starting nods in every contest...totaled 44 tackles, including seven for-loss, and four sacks...tallied a season high nine tackles, including two tackles for-loss, and 1.5 sacks versus VMI...credited with eight tackles and a pass breakup against Western Carolina...also collected sacks against South Carolina State and South Carolina...forced a fumble and tallied four stops against Mercer (25-20 win) in SoCon season opener...four sacks ranked second on the squad to All-American defensive end Gary Wilkins’ eight and helped the Paladins rank second in the SoCon with 24 takedowns.  2013 — Put together an excellent redshirt sophomore season in his first year as a starter...logged starts in all 14 games and played a big role in Furman’s run to an 8-6 record, Southern Conference championship, and NCAA FCS playoff appearance...team finished ranked 21st in final FCS Coaches Poll...credited with 58 tackles, four tackles for-loss, a forced fumble, and a pass deflection...had season high seven-tackle performances against Elon and Georgia Southern (16-14 win)...capped his effort against Georgia Southern with a forced fumble late in the fourth quarter that helped secure the victory....followed that up with six tackles, a half tackle for-loss, and a pass breakup against Samford (35-17 win)...also notched six stops, including two for-loss versus Coastal Carolina.  2012 — Earned his first playing time, serving as a backup at nose guard and defensive tackle...totaled 16 tackles, including season high five stops and a tackle for-loss against Chattanooga...garnered three tackles versus Elon.  2011 — Member of scout team.

High School: 2011 graduate of Baylor High School...football coach was Phil Massey...played fullback and defensive tackle...served as team captain and racked up 120 tackles and 12 sacks as a senior in helping Baylor to a 10-2 record and state runner-up finish...named 2010 Division II-A first team all-state by the Tennessee Sportswriters Association...2010 Toyota Tennessee East/West All-Star game participant...outstanding wrestler...won 2010 Tennessee State championship at 285 pounds...attended Furman University Football Camp...also participated in track & field.
