High School: 2016 graduate of Griffin (4A) High School, where he played both cornerback and safety and was a teammate of current Paladin cornerback Quandarius Weems...football coach was Jarrett Laws...had FBS offers from Army, Navy, and Georgia State...two-time all-region selection and member of three region championship teams at Griffin, including 2013 squad that went 15-0 and won state title...led region in interceptions in 2014 and finished his career with seven pickoffs...also competed in track, finishing second in region high jump in 2015.
