2020 Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll
2019 — Registered his second season of starting duty, earning the nod at right guard in 12 of Furman’s 13 games and playing a key role in leading Furman to an 8-5 record, at-large berth to the FCS playoffs, and No. 16 ranking in the AFCA Coaches final poll...helped pave the way for All-SoCon running back Devin Wynn (1,182 yards, 14 TDs) and a Paladin offense that paced the SoCon in scoring (33.5 ppg)...starts came in first 11 games and against Austin Peay in FCS first round playoff game...did not play in season finale versus Point (64-7 win)...logged 701 plays, including season high 71 snaps versus Chattanooga (35-20 win)...named to SoCon Academic Honor Roll.
2018 — Earned playing time in all 10 games and registered starts at right guard in nine games...totaled 545 plays...saw his most action (66 plays) in 35-30, season ending win over Mercer that clinched a share of SoCon championship, the 14th in program history...also had 66 play participations versus Samford...only non-start (33 plays) came against Chattanooga (16-10 win).
2017 — Earned playing time in the first three games as a reserve defensive tackle before and injury versus N.C. State ended his season...credited with six assisted tackles, including three stops in a regular season clash against Elon...made the switch to offensive line in spring practice of 2018.
2016 -- Member of scout team...awarded redshirt and extra year of eligibility.
High School: 2016 graduate of Pace (2A) Academy...football coach was Chris Slade...saw playing time at multiple positions during his prep career, including defensive end, defensive tackle, offensive tackle, tight end, and linebacker...totaled 50 tackles, including 10 for-loss, eight sacks, four pass breakups, and three blocked PATs in 2015 while helping lead Pace Academy to 12-3 record and state championship, capped by a 42-21 win over Fitzgerald...owns an all-region scroll as a basketball player.
