2017 — Followed up his impressive sophomore campaign with a dominant junior season, going 9-3 with a 1.89 ERA in earning consensus first team All-SoCon honors for a second consecutive year...wins tally and ERA topped all SoCon starting pitchers with ERA the lowest by a Paladin starting pitcher since 2003 when All-American Tom Mastny led the NCAA with a 1.09 mark....appeared in 17 games, made 14 starts, and worked a staff high 105.0 innings — mostly in very efficient fashion as evidenced by the fact he topped the 100-pitch mark in only five starts...surrendered only 81 hits and 22 walks while striking out 89...opponents hit just .213 against him...made three late season relief appearances, picking up a victory (2.0 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 2 K) versus Belmont (6-0 win) and a save (1.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R) against UNCG (6-4 win) in SoCon Tournament play...was named SoCon Pitcher of the Week on May 13 for his performance (8.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 6 K) in an 8-2 Paladin victory over VMI — a week after throwing a complete game four-hitter in Furman’s 4-1 road victory over Samford...allowed only one base runner to advance to third base in each of the victories over the Keydets and Bulldogs...accorded SoCon Pitcher of the Month honors for May after registering a 4-0 record and a save in six appearances (0.95 ERA, 28.3 IP, 3 BB, 20 K), limiting opponents to a .175 batting average over that span...went 5-1 with a 1.90 ERA in eight regular season starts versus SoCon opposition, winning his final five starts in helping key the Paladins to a 22-8 run (best in SoCon) over the final 30 games...league victories came over Western Carolina, East Tennessee State, The Citadel, Samford, and VMI...also collected the win after working just five innings (57 pitches) in the Paladins’ 13-1, seven-inning run-rule triumph over Wofford in SoCon Tournament first round action...delivered a dominant performance (8.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 10 K) against Mercer in Greenville, departing after eight innings with a 4-0 lead the bullpen failed to hold in the ninth in an eventual 5-4 loss...pitched very effectively (7.0 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 6 K) in a 2-0 loss to 20th-ranked Ole Miss...several of his season stats rank among the best in Furman history: wins (9/T5th), innings (105.0/4th), strikeouts (89/T8th), and strikeouts/walk ratio (5.56/1st)...career wise, he has attained a number of Furman Top 10 rankings: starts (43/T7th), wins (22/T3rd), winning percentage (22-12, .647/4th), innings (288.1/7th), ERA (3.43/9th), strikeouts (234/4th), strikeouts/walks ratio (3.96/1st).

2016 — Put together a superb sophomore season, going 10-3 with a 3.45 ERA en route to earning Southern Conference Pitcher of the Year honors in balloting by both league head coaches and media, SoCon All-Tournament accolades, and Atlantic-American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings second team All-Region laurels...became the third Paladin to garner league pitcher of the year honors, joining Tom Mastny (2003) and Will Ertel (1991)...worked 101.2 innings...allowed 95 hits and 39 earned runs...issued only 20 walks while notching 92 strikeouts...went 7-1 versus the SoCon, won eight of his final 10 starts, and was particularly dominant at home, going 6-0 with a 1.84 ERA in seven outings...his 10 victories were the most by a Paladin pitcher since Mastny won 11 games in 2003...was named SoCon Pitcher of the Week twice and was selected SoCon Pitcher of the Month for May (3-1, 1.20 ERA), allowing only three extra base hits and opponents a .200 batting average in four starts (30.0 IP) during the month...fired six innings of one-hit, shutout ball (8 K) in season opener against Fordham at Fluor Field...picked up his first win in his next start (7.0 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 8 K) versus Dayton (8-1 win)...beat Samford (8.0 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 9 K) in SoCon season opener (4-2 win)...fashioned a superb outing (8.0 IP, 7 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 0 BB, 4 K) in 7-3 triumph at West Virginia, helping set the table for the series win over the Mountaineers...yielded five hits and four second inning runs, only three of which were earned, before settling down to toss a complete game victory (115 pitches/90 strikes) in 11-4 series opening win over Western Carolina...was solid (7.0 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 4 K) in Furman’s 2-0 shutout of Wofford in his final start of the regular season...twirled a complete game, four-hit shutout (1 BB, 8 K) in a 3-0 blanking of East Tennessee State in SoCon Tournament first round action...pitched for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox in the Cape Cod League, making four starts and going 2-1 with a 1.36 ERA (26.1 IP, 17 H, 5 R, 4 ER, 5 BB, 24 K)...team went on to capture CCCBL championship.

2015 —Named to the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team after posting a 3-6 record with a 5.40 ERA...posted 15 apperances, including 14 starts...worked 81.2 innings...was a member of the Paladins'' weekend rotation, serving primarily as the Saturday starter...made his collegiate debut (4.0 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 6 K) against Akron (8-7 win)...was the starting pitcher (5.0 IP, 7 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 3 BB, 2 K) against 22nd-ranked Indiana but did register a decision in the Paladins''  eventual 6-5, 11-inning victory...pitcked up his first win (8.0 IP, 4 H, 1 R, 0 ER, season high 10 K) versus Maryland Eastern-Shore (5-1 win)...improved to 2-0 in his next start (6.0 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 4 K) versus Marist (7-3 win)...was a tough-luck loser (5.2 IP, 7 H, 7 R, 2 ER, 4 K), the victim of five unearned runs, in a 7-6 Furman defeat at Samford...fashioned his first complete game and season''s third victory (9.0 IP, 6 H 3 R, 3 ER, 1 BB, 5 K) at Western Carolina (8-3 win)...pitched well (6.0 IP, 4 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 2 K) but took the loss in 1-0 defeat to The Citadel.

High School: 2014 graduate of Brentwood High School...baseball coach was Bill Moore...three-time member of region and district championship teams...as a senior out-dueled Vanderbilt signee, the late Donnie Everett, allowing just three hits while striking out eight in 1-0 Brentwood victory over Clarksville in sectional finals to earn state playoff berth...team finished 29-7...named first team all-state by Tennessee Sportswriters Association...ranked the No. 8 ranked right-handed pitcher in Tennessee according to Perfect Game his senior year...selected by the New York Yankees in the 36th round of the 2014 Major League Draft.
