High School: 2019 graduate of Southside (2A) Christian School, where he was a teammate of Paladin wide receiver Jake Kimmelman..football coach was Mike Sonneborn...played linebacker and tight end...four-year starter...was the lone freshman to earn a spot on the varsity in 2015...tallied a school record 134 tackles that season and earned all-state honors in helping Southside Christian to a state championship...went on his school in tackles all four seasons, finishing as the all-time tackler in program history...served as team captain in 2018, his senior year...also competed in track, qualifying for state in shotput and discus, finishing sixth and seventh, respectively, as a senior.
