2022 — Emerged as a big play performer in his first season as full-time starter, earning nods in all 13 games at strong safety...led the FCS with four fumble recoveries, playing a pivotal role in Furman’s 10-3 season that featured a stretch a seven consecutive wins and at-large bid to the FCS playoffs, where the Paladins claimed a 31-6 first round home win over Elon...10 wins represented the most by Furman since 2005...team finished a consensus 10th in final AFCA and Stats Perform Polls...campaign was fueled with the strong work of Furman’s defense, which led the FCS in turnovers gained (29) and interceptions (18)...helped the Paladins rank first in the SoCon in scoring (20.2 ppg) and red zone defense (71.7 percent, 28x39), and post league best (low) completion percentage defense (58.5)...ranked fourth on the squad with 59 tackles, including 6.5 for-loss...tallied five pass breakups and a pickoff (vs. Clemson)...recovered a second quarter fumble that led to a field goal en route to a 27-14 road win over then-ranked 18th-ranked East Tennessee State...the next week against Charleston Southern, with the Paladins trailing 19-17, pounced on a fourth quarter Buccaneer fumble at the 50-yard line, setting up what proved to be the game winning touchdown drive in the 24-19 win...came thru with his third fumble recovery of the season against The Citadel (21-10 win), returning it eight yards to the Bulldog 19 to set up a touchdown for a 21-3 lead...also had a pair of pass breakups and six tackles versus The Citadel...notched a career high 13 tackles, including 3.5 for-loss, versus Incarnate Word in FCS second round playoff action...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll for the 2022-23 school year.
2021 — Registered action in 10 of Furman’s 11 games, working at strong safety and on special teams...made a pair of starts at safety: versus 24th-ranked North Carolina A&T (29-18 win) and The Citadel (24-14 win)...credited with 23 tackles, including 1.5 for-loss, and two pass breakups...tallied a season high six tackles versus N.C. State...had five stops and a pass deflection in 41-34, season finale win over Samford...garnered four tackles, including one for-loss in a win over The Citadel.
2020 — Earned playing time in all seven games (spring of ‘21), working as a backup safety and member of special teams...finished the season with 18 tackles...credited with a season high six tackles against Samford (44-37 OT win)...tallied four stops in season finale at The Citadel.
2019 — Appeared in three games, working as a reserve cornerback and member of special teams...credited with his first career tackle versus Western Carolina (28-7 win) and had a pair of stops in regular season finale against Point (64-7 win).
High School: 2019 graduate of Aquinas (1A) High School...football coach was Jame Leonard...chose Furman from among five offers...primary positions were defensive back and wide receiver but also contributed significantly on special teams...helped lead Aquinas to a pair of region championships...compiled 1,441 all-purpose yards, recorded a pair of interceptions, and tallied six pass breakups as a senior...three-time GHSA All-Region 7 selection...named Augusta Chronicle All-Area and to the 2018 All-Central Savannah River (CSRA) squad, as well as Atlanta Journal-Constitution (1st Team) All-State...two-time all-region baseball player.
