Junior Year (2021-22):  Recorded a 5K personal-best time of 15:24.2 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…notched an 8K PR of 25:25.3 at the Royals Cross Country Challenge…finished 15th at the Upstate Cross Country Invitational…finished second with a PR of 8:36.10 in the 3,000m at the Gamecock Opener…placed fourth with a personal-best time of 14:49.90 in the 5,000m at the South Carolina Invitational…finished 15th in the 3,000m at the SoCon Indoor Championships.

Sophomore Year (2020-21):  Placed 18th with a time of 26:19.0 at the SoCon Cross Country Championships…finished third in the 3,000m (8:51.93) at the Weems Baskin Relays…posted a personal-best time of 4:05.07 in the 1,500m at the USC Outdoor Open…finished seventh with a personal-best time of 31:12.65 in the 10,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman Year (2019-20):  Posted a personal best time of 9:01.80 in the 3,000m at the Carolina Challenge...placed 19th in the 3,000m (9:01.82) at the Samford Bulldog Invite...recorded a career-best 8K time of 25:59.2 at the Royals XC Challenge...placed 15th with a time of 27:23.6 at the Eye Opener Cross Country Festival...opened the cross country season with a 5K time of 16:53.7 at the Charlotte Cross Country Opener...placed tenth in the 3,000m at the Clemson Opener with a time of 9:08.45.
