Fifth Year (2024-25):  Finished third in the 3,000m Steeplechase finals, capturing his third-career All-American honor in the event 2025 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Hayward Field. Williams worked his way from the middle of the pack to the front and remained among the top three runners throughout the final laps to finish with a time of 8:19.71, knocking five seconds off his previous personal best and setting a new Paladin program record for the second race in a row.  His third place medal marks the highest national finish for a Furman men's outdoor track and field athlete. In the Steeplechase semifinals, Williams finished second with a time of 8:24.33, besting his former PR of 8:29.29, which he recorded at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials.  He advanced out of the NCAA East Preliminaries after posting a time of 8:31.61 for fifth place. The All-American scroll completed a prolific Furman career for Williams, who finished 11th nationally in the Steeplechase in 2023 and 16th in the semifinals in 2022.  He also earned All-American honors in the indoor mile in 2024, where he placed 15th after setting a Paladin program of 3:55.46 to qualify for the NCAA Championship.  Williams advanced individually to the 2023 NCAA Cross Country Championships and finished 42nd at the 2024 national cross country meet with a PR of 29:26.4.
Senior Year (2023-24):  Earned a second team All-America citation in the mile after placing 15th at the NCAA Championship…qualified for the meet after ranking 16th nationally with a time of 3:55.46 in the event, a Furman program record which he posted at the Carolina Challenge…finished 13th with a time of 29:27.6 at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country meet, earning an all-region citation and an at-large bid to the NCAA Championships…finished fourth at the SoCon Cross Country Championship with an 8K PR of 24:07.8 to earn a spot on the All-SoCon first team as Furman won its 11th-straight league title…redshirted the outdoor season to train for the 2024 US Olympic Trials, where he qualified with a time of 8:27.14 in the 3,000m Steeplechase…turned in a 16th-place finish (8:29.29) in his first career appearance at the trials…recorded top-10 finishes at the Eye Opener XC Festival, the Furman XC Invite, and the Joe Piane Invitational to open the cross country season…won the 3,000m title (8:12.77) and finished second in the 800m (PR – 1:51.55) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.
 
Junior Year (2022-23):  Earned an All-American citation in the 3,000m Steeplechase…finished 11th in the event finals at the NCAA Championship with a time of 8:53.75…advanced to the finals with a season-best time of 8:39.92, good for tenth place in the semifinals…finished third in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the NCAA East Preliminaries (8:38.40) to punch his ticket to the NCAA Outdoor Championships…competed in the event at the preliminaries for the third-straight year…set a Furman 5,000m indoor record of 13:42.39 at the Husky Classic…named to the All-SoCon first team after placing fifth with a time of 24:22.0 at the league cross country championships, helping lead Furman to its tenth-straight league title…placed third with a time of 14:39.6 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…posted an 8K PR of 24:16.5 at the Nuttycombe Invitational…posted a sub-4:00 mile (3:59.64) to win the event at the Bob Pollock indoor meet…finished fourth in the 3,000m with a PR of 7:55.87 at the Camel City Invitational…won gold in the mile (4:05.67) and the 3,000m (8:22.51) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…claimed the 3,000m Steeplechase title (8:56.56) at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…placed fifth with a time of 8:43.56 at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight meet to qualify for the NCAA East Preliminaries.

Sophomore Year (2021-22):   Earned an All-American citation in the 3,000m Steeplechase after placing 16th (8:44.27) in the semifinals at the NCAA Outdoor Championships…qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries after winning the Steeple with a PR of 8:37.65 at the Lee University Last Chance Meet…finished fourth at the NCAA prelims with a time of 8:37.73 to advance on to Eugene…placed third at the Furman Invitational Cross Country Meet with a 5K PR of 14:08.3…finished seventh at the SoCon Cross Country Championships to earn an All-SoCon first-team citation…posted a 10K PR of 30:05.9 at the NCAA Southeast Region Championship, claiming 28th place…competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championships…won the 3,000m (8:04.43) at the South Carolina Invitational…posted a PR of 13:51.92 in the 5,000m at the Husky Classic…won the 3,000m with a PR of 8:02.87 and finished third in the 5,000m (14:22.30) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…set PRs in the 800m (1:53.25) and the 1,500m (3:43.67) at the Joe Walker Invitational…finished second in the 1,500m and third in the 5,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

Freshman Year (2020-21):  Finished 16th at the 2020 SoCon Cross Country Championships…posted a personal-best time of 4:08.12 in the mile at the Music City Challenge…finished fourth in the mile at the SoCon Indoor Championships…a member of the Paladin DMR team that took first place with a time of 10:08.90 at the SoCon Indoor Championships…posted a time of 8:46.78 in the 3,000m Steeplechase at the Lee University Last Chance meet to qualify for the NCAA East Preliminaries, where he finished 37th with a time of 9:18.06…earned SoCon All-Freshman team citations for cross country and indoor track (mile).
