2024 All-SoCon Freshman Team (3,000m Steeplechase - Outdoors)

Sophomore Year (2023-24):  Named to the SoCon All-Freshman team after finishing third in the 3,000m Steeplechase during outdoors…placed seventh in the mile at the SoCon Indoor Championship…recorded a personal-best time of 9:24.98 to take 17^th in the Steeplechase at the Wake Forest Invitational...posted a 5,000m personal-best of 15:26.28 to finish eighth at the SoCon Outdoor Championship.

Freshman Year (2022-23):  Finished sixth with an 8K PR of 25:27.2 at the Eye Opener Cross Country Festival…turned in a 41^st-place finish (26:13.2) at the SoCon Cross Country Championship…competed on the Furman 4x400m relay team that finished 11^th (3:36.88) at the Clemson Indoor Opener.

2021 NYSPHSAA Class D State Champion for cross country, 2019 Nike Cross Nationals individual qualifier, finished third in the 3,200m at NYSPHSAA Indoor State Championships, placed second at NYSPHSAA Cross Country State Championships in both 2018 and 2019, 2022 NYSPHSAA Outdoor State Champion in 3000m Steeplechase and 3,200m.

Personal:  Brother, Logan Kempney, competed in cross country/track and field at Edinboro University from 2012-16.
