Senior Year (2022-23):  Honored as a member of the All-SoCon first team after placing fourth with an 8K PR of 24:20.3 at the league cross country championships, helping lead the Paladins to their tenth-straight SoCon title…finished seventh at the Furman Cross Country Invitational with a time of 14:50.0…placed fourth in the 5,000m (14:34.04) and fifth in the mile (4:09.81) at the SoCon Indoor Championship…recorded a 10,000m PR of 30:15.46 at the Wake Forest Invitational…finished fourth in the 10,000m (31:55.18) and fifth in the 5,000m (15:07.26) at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Junior Year (2021-22):  Finished 15th with a personal-best time of 14:38.8 at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2020-21):  Finished second with a time of 8:49.90 in the 3,000m at the Weems Baskin Relays…posted a personal-best time of 14:09.56 in the 5,000m at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight meet, taking seventh place…won the 10,000m title at the SoCon Outdoor Championships with a PR of 30:33.53 to earn a spot on the SoCon All-Freshman team…finished fourth in the 5,000m at the Lee University Last Chance meet.

Freshman Year (2019-20):  Earned Southern Conference Freshman of the Year accolades after placing fifth with a time of 25:31.3 and earning a spot on the All-SoCon first team...secured indoor All-SoCon honors with a third-place finish in the 5,000m (14:50.77)...also garnered SoCon All-Freshman Team honors in the 3,000 meters after finishing fifth with a time of 8:25.99...ran a career-best 8:22.16 in the 3,000m at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational...set a 5,000m career best with a time of 14:38.34 at the Carolina Challenge...posted a 10,000m career best time of 31:05.3 at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships, placing 41st...concluded the cross country season with a 116th place run at the  NCAA Championships (32:05.8)...secured a sixth-place finish at the Eye Opener Cross Country Festival with a time of 25:43.0.
