Junior Year (2023-24):  Finished ninth in the mile at the Visit Winston-Salem College Kickoff during the indoor season…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2022-23):  Named to the All-SoCon second team for cross country after finishing 13^th (24:44.4) at the league championship, helping the Paladins to their tenth-straight SoCon title…finished second (25:04.4) at the Eye Opener XC Festival and eighth (15:02.0) at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…posted a 5,000m PR of 14:36.39 at the Duke Invitational…finished fourth in the 1,500m with a personal-best time of 3:55.90 at the SoCon Outdoor Championship…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team…honored as a member of the CSC Academic All-District Team.

Freshman Year (2021-22):  Finished 13th at the Furman Cross Country Invitational with a 5K PR of 14:34.1…recorded an 8K PR of 24:19.1 at the Royals Cross Country Challenge…finished sixth at the Upstate Cross Country Invitational…finished third with a PR of 8:06.90 in the 3,000m at the South Carolina Invitational…placed 10th in the mile with a PR of 4:15.48 at the SoCon Indoor Championships…won the 3,000m Steeplechase with a personal-best time of 9:18.10 at the UofSC Open…finished fifth in the Steeple and 15th in the 5,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll.
