Senior Year (2023-24):  Won the Royals Cross Country Challenge with a 5K PR of 17:14.9… finished tenth at the SoCon Cross Country Championship to earn a spot on the All-SoCon second team as Furman won its 11^th-straight league title…took first place in the 3,000m at the USC Indoro Open…placed third in both the 3,000m and 5,000m at the SoCon Indoor Championships…finished third in the 1,500m at the SoCon outdoor meet and in the 5,000m at the Lee Last Chance meet…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Junior Year (2022-23):  Earned an All-SoCon first team citation after finishing sixth with a 5K personal-best of 17:19.2 to finish sixth at the league cross country championships…finished third in the 5,000m (16:29.99) at the Duke Outdoor Invitational…placed seventh in the 1,500m (4:36.10) and ninth in the 5,000m (18:05.85) at the SoCon outdoor meet…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.

Sophomore Year (2021-22):  Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track East Preliminaries in the 5,000m, where she finished 21st with a time of 16:13.89…finished eighth at the SoCon Cross Country Championship…posted a 5K PR of 17:39.4 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational…placed 29th with a 6K PR of 21:00.6 at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships…won the 3,000m (9:39.97) at the Gamecock Opener…notched a personal-best time of 4:53.87 in the mile at the South Carolina Invitational…won the 3,000m (9:36.26) and 5,000m (16:43.03)...was named the SoCon Outdoor Track Freshman of the Year after finishing second in the 1,500m (4:22.20) and third in the 5,000m (17:25.89)...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team...honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Freshman Year (2020-21):  Placed fourth with a time of 17:59.0 at the SoCon Cross Country Championships to earn a spot on the All-SoCon first team and the SoCon All-Freshman Team and help the Paladins to their eight-straight SoCon title...honored as the 2020 SoCon Cross Country Freshman of the Year...competed at the 2020 NCAA Cross Country Championships...won the SoCon indoor title in the 3,000m (9:31.01) and the 5,000m (16:32.11) to be named to the SoCon All-Freshman Team...named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll...honored as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
