Senior Year (2019-2020):Â Ran the 400m leg to help secure a Furman title in the distance medley relay at the SoCon indoor meet...competed on the distance medley relay team that set a program record of 11:28.98 at the Vanderbilt Indoor Invitational...earned second team All-SoCon honors at the 2019 SoCon Cross Country Championships, finishing 11th with a time of 18:48.3...finished tenth at the Charlotte Cross Country Opener with a time of 18:54.2.
Junior Year (2018-19): Earned a spot on the All-SoCon first team after placing seventh with a time of 18:13.6 at the SoCon Cross Country Championships…finished second at the Eye Opener cross country meet…recorded a 5K personal best of 17:22.0 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational, placing 24th…turned in a 28th-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country meet, posting a time of 20:50.4 on the 6K course, a personal best…finished fifth in the 1,500m at the USC Outdoor Open…took ninth place in the 1,500m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships…competed on the Furman 4x800m relay team that set a program record with a time of 8:50.80 at the Tennessee Relays…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll and the SoCon Academic All-Conference Team.
Sophomore Year (2017-18): Ran on the Paladin 4x400m relay team that established a new Furman indoor record of 3:54.56 at the Samford Invitational…earned All-SoCon second team honors for cross country after finishing ninth with a time of 17:24.1 at the league championship meet…competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championships…finished second in the mile (4:53.72) and third in the 800m (2:11.51) at the SoCon Indoor Championships…recorded a personal-best time of 4:29.85 in the 1,500m at the Virginia Challenge…finished second with a personal-best time of 2:10.78 in the 800m at the Samford Indoor Invite…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.
Freshman Year (2016-17): Named to the SoCon All-Freshman team for cross country, indoor track (800m), and outdoor track (800m)…finished eighth with a time of 17:30.2 at the SoCon Cross Country Championships, earning a spot on the All-SoCon second team…placed fourth at the Eye Opener Cross Country Invitational and eighth at the Furman Cross Country Invitational…won the mile with a time of 5:00.32 at the Samford Indoor Invitational…a member of the Paladin DMR team that won the SoCon title with a time of 11:54.34 at the league indoor meet…finished second with a time of 2:16.26 in the 800m at the SoCon Indoor Championships…posted a season-best time of 2:14.37 to advance to the finals of the 800m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships, where she finished fifth with a time of 2:15.35…named to the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.
