Biography

Junior Year (2009-10): Member of the Furman football team...placed seventh with a time of 7.09 in the 60m indoors at the Tiger Tune Up...tied for 12th with a time of 7.10 in the 60m at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships...posted a personal-best time of 23.35 in the 200m at ETSU.

Sophomore Year (2008-09): Member of the Furman football team...did not compete during the 2008-09 season.

Freshman Year (2007-08): Member of the Furman football team who competed for the Paladin track team...ran primarily in the outdoor 100m and 200m events...set a personal record of 10.90 in the 100m at the Southern Conference Championship, finishing fifth...won the 100m event at the Furman Invitational...finished first at the Furman Invitational in the 200m with a personal best time of 21.70.

High School: As a member of the Zephyrhills football team, threw for 3,146 yards and 31 touchdowns in just over two and a half seasons of play...registered 117 tackles, five interceptions, and two fumble recoveries...two-time all-county selection on the hardwood...set a new school record in the triple jump (43’9”) his freshman year...Boys State participant. 

Personal: Sederrik Deone Cunningham was born on July 14, 1989 in Zephyrhills, Fla....son of Shirley and Wardell Cunningham...youngest of eight children...brother Jason played football at Western Kentucky and Gannon...father played football at Arkansas-Pine Bluff...majoring in sociology.
