Box Score

Greenville, S.C. – Furman men's lacrosse returns to action on Saturday afternoon, traveling to USAFA, Colo., to take on Air Force in a game set for 2:00 PM ET (12:00 PM MT). Fans can watch Saturday's contest live on GoAirForceFalcons.com.

The Paladins (3-7, 3-1 SoCon) are coming off their first SoCon loss of 2018, a 15-7 setback to High Point last Saturday. Furman was led offensively by Jonah Moore with two goals and two assists, while William Holcomb added a goal and an assist. Alec Van de Bovenkamp made nine saves on the day and Kyle Weatherford picked up a team-high five ground balls.

Air Force (4-8, 2-2 SoCon) is looking to redeem last season's loss as Furman edged the Falcons, 8-7, in Greenville, S.C. The Falcons are led by senior team captain Nick Hruby with 23 goals and four assists for 27 points on the season. The first-team All-SoCon attacker leads the team in shots and shots on goal with 62 and 40, respectively. Hruby has three hat tricks on the season, including a conference and personal-best six-goal game against Marist. The breadth of the Air Force offense is also displayed by Matthew Schwartz who recently posted a career-best five-goal game against Bellarmine for his second hat trick of the season and Trey Lervick who notched his second hat trick last weekend at Jacksonville.
