Greenville, S.C. – Furman netted three second half goals to blank Wofford, 3-0, in the Southern Conference Women's Soccer Quarterfinals Sunday afternoon at Stone Stadium and secure career victory No. 200 for Paladin head coach

With the win, Furman (13-5-1) advances to face either Chattanooga or UNC Greensboro in the SoCon semifinals on Friday, November 8, at 6:30 p.m. at UNCG Soccer Stadium in Greensboro, N.C. A win on Friday would send Furman into next Sunday's SoCon championship match in Greensboro.
"I thought we played a full 90 minutes this afternoon," said Burr, who has posted a 200-88-23 overall record in 15 seasons at Furman and 113-35-12 mark since the beginning of the 2012 season. "We were able to control possession and create plenty of chances, which eventually led to some nice goals in the second half. The key now is to get our rest and prepare for next weekend in Greensboro."
