Greenville, S.C. – Jasmine Greene and
Hayley Foster netted goals on Thursday evening as the Furman women's soccer team remains unbeaten to start the season following a 2-0 victory over the UNC Asheville Bulldogs at Stone Stadium.

Foster extended the Paladins' lead to 2-0 in the 48
th minute after scoring her first collegiate goal. Greene's pass set up the opportunity for Foster as the freshman beat one defender and scored near side past O'Malley.
Greene and
Nieva Gaither led Furman with five shots apiece, while Greene and Foster had two attempts on goal.
Addison Corn and
Nora Sampson combined for their third straight shutout of the season and registered a total of four saves. Sampson grabbed three saves in the second half and Corn had one in the first.
