Sunday's win marked the Paladins fifth consecutive road victory and matched its five-game SoCon road winning streak at the end of the 2018-19 regular season. The school record for consecutive SoCon road victories was set when the Paladins reeled off 12 straight on the opposition's home floor between the 1973-74 and 1974-75 seasons. The victory at UNCG also helped Furman conclude January with a 7-1 mark, its best January since going 9-1 en route to a share of the SoCon regular season title in 1991.

th highest scoring in the country at 82.2 points per game. Fifth-year senior
