Greenville, S.C. – The Furman women's soccer team returns to the road on Thursday when it visits Chattanooga, Tenn., to take on the Chattanooga Mocs in Southern Conference action.
 
Kickoff at Finley Stadium in slated for 6 p.m. and the match will be streamed live on ESPN+. Links for the live stream and live statistics are posted on the women's soccer schedule page at FurmanPaladins.com.
 
Furman enters Thursday's match at 8-2-4 overall and 2-1-3 in league play following a 1-1 draw versus East Tennessee State on Friday night at Stone Stadium. The Bucs took a 1-0 lead in the 53^rd minute, but junior Norah Roller, who leads the Paladins with six goals this season, netted the equalizer in the 60^th minute off an assist from freshman midfielder Jessica Mattson. Sophomore Reese DeJong notched five saves as the Paladins earned a point against ETSU to hold sole possession of fourth place in the league standings with three matches remaining in the regular season.
 
The Mocs are 8-4-3 overall and 2-2-2 in SoCon play after dropping a 2-1 decision at The Citadel this past weekend. Furman holds a 29-1-2 series lead against Chattanooga, but the Mocs claimed their first win over the Paladins last season with a 1-0 triumph in Greenville. Chattanooga comes into Thursday's match having scored at least four goals in each of its last three matches at Finley Stadium.
 
Following its visit to Chattanooga, Furman faces Wofford in Spartanburg, S.C., on Sunday, October 19, before closing out the regular season at home versus The Citadel on Sunday, October 26.
