GREENVILLE, S.C. -- The Furman men's golf team will compete at SMU's Trinity Forest Invitational Sunday through Tuesday at the par 72, 7,617 yard Trinity Forest Golf Club in Dallas, Texas.
"The Trinity Forest Invitational is always such a special trip and event for us," said Furman head coach Matt Davidson. "The course is in incredible condition, and it is such a unique golf course. You can get creative around the greens, and there is plenty of room off the tee. It can be a challenge especially when firm and windy, but an enjoyable challenge. As always, the field is stacked this year. We can't wait to get to Dallas and compete."
Furman will be joined in the 16-team field by host SMU, Abilene Christian, Baylor, Chattanooga, ETSU, Howard, Louisiana Tech, Loyola Marymount, Rice, San Diego, South Alabama, Southern Cal, UC Davis, and UNLV.Â
