GREENVILLE, S.C. -- The Furman women's golf team will compete in the Daniel Island Invitational Monday and Tuesday at the par 72, 6,166 yard Ralston Creek Course at Daniel Island Club in Daniel Island, S.C.

Furman's lineup includes freshman Olivia Hasselbach, sophomore Eva Ringwald, junior Audrey Ryu, freshman Ava Hanneman, and sophomore Jenna Madden.  Sophomore Andrea Marin Raga will play as an individual.  

The Paladins will be joined in the 15-team field by host College of Charleston, Charleston Southern, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, Delaware, East Carolina, Elon, Georgetown, High Point, James Madison, N.C. State, Oral Roberts, Western Kentucky, and Xavier.

The 54-hole tournament will begin with an 8:45 a.m. shotgun start on Monday.  Furman will tee off on No. 4 through No. 6 on Monday and will play in a group with Charlotte and Western Kentucky in the first two rounds.  Tuesday's final round is slated for a 9 a.m. shotgun start.

Furman tied for third at the Lady Paladin Invitational in the fall.  Ryu turned in her second-consecutive top-11 finish of the fall, tying for 11th with scores of 71-72-70=213 to finish at 3-under par.  Earlier in the season, she carded rounds of 68-70-71 to finish at 4-under par and tie for seventh at the Cougar Classic.  In October, Ryu and Hanneman tied for 13th with a three-round total of 214 (+4) at the Evie Odom Invitational.  The Paladins opened the spring at the Purdue Puerto Rico Classic, where Ryu tied for eight at 5-under, then last week Hasselbach (+4) tied for third to lead Furman at the Momentum Transportation UNF Collegiate.
