GREENVILLE, S.C. — Furman women's head basketball coach
Pierre Curtis announced today that Kendall Folley has joined the Paladins' staff as an assistant coach.
Folley, who comes to Greenville after spending the 2025-26 season as an assistant coach at the Air Force Academy, where she helped the Falcons reach the Mountain West Conference championship game, brings with her impressive knowledge of the Southern Conference through her three years at East Tennessee State.
"I have loved Kendall's approach to and love of the game since watching her play in high schools and at ETSU," said Curtis. "Her leadership, work ethic, and familiarity with the league will be huge assets to our point guards and our entire program."
A three-year starter for the Buccaneers from 2022-25, she saw action in 81 games, made 72 starts, and was named second team All-SoCon and to the SoCon All-Defensive Team in her first year after averaging 11.1 points per game while helping ETSU to a 25-10 record. A SoCon All-Tournament pick in 2025, her senior season, she was twice honored as SoCon Player of the Week during her career and served as team captain her junior and senior campaigns.
Folley's tenure at ETSU was preceded by a year at Oakland University, where she appeared in 27 games and logged 17 starts en route to collecting Horizon League All-Freshman Team honors for the 2021-22 season.
A native of Lebanon, Ohio, Folley earned her undergraduate degree in psychology in 2024 and added a M.A. in sports management, also from ETSU, in 2025.
