Greenville, S.C. – The Furman women's soccer team will play its home opener on Tuesday night when it hosts the North Greenville Trailblazers on Seagraves Field at Eugene Stone III Soccer Stadium.

The Paladins enter Tuesday's match at 0-1-0 after dropping a 2-1 decision at Charlotte in the regular season opener on Thursday night. Freshman Marlie Nagle erased an early Charlotte lead with her first collegiate goal in the 62^nd minute, but the 49ers converted from the penalty spot with under 13 minutes remaining to claim the victory.
 
North Greenville is visiting Furman for the first time since a 4-0 Paladin victory on August 24, 2023. Hannah Farr, Nieva Gaither, Valentina Mosquera, and Norah Roller each scored goals for the Paladins in the most recent regular season meeting against the Trailblazers.
