GREENVILLE, S.C. -- The Furman women's golf team will play in Notre Dame's Fighting Irish Classic Saturday and Sunday at the par 71, 6,062 yard Warren Golf Course in Notre Dame, Ind.
The Paladin lineup for the tournament includes sophomore Olivia Hasselbach, freshman Rebecca Lee, junior Eva Ringwald, sophomore Ava Hanneman, and senior Audrey Ryu.
Furman will be joined in the 14-team field by host Notre Dame, Ball State, Florida Gulf Coast, High Point, Louisville, Morehead State, North Florida, Purdue, Stonehill, Toledo, Wisconsin, Xavier, and Youngstown State.
The 54-hole tournament begins Saturday with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. The Paladins will tee off on holes No. 5 through No. 7 and will play in a group with Florida Gulf Coast and Xavier in the first two rounds. The tournament will conclude on Sunday with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. Â
Hasselbach was honored as the SoCon Player of the Week on Wednesday after tying for second at last weekend's Lady Paladin Invitational. After firing a career-best 67 with six birdies to open the tournament, she finished at 10-under par to help the Paladins tie for third.
