CLEMSON, S.C. -- Furman sophomore Lee Gilmer placed fifth and set a personal record with a time of 1:51.33 in the 800m this weekend at the Orange and Purple Track & Field Meet in Clemson, S.C. Gilmer was the Paladins' lone competitor in the meet.

Several members of the Furman track and field team will compete at the Georgia Tech Invitational next weekend in Atlanta, Ga.
