GREENSBORO, N.C. -- No. 36 Furman cruised past UNC Greensboro, 7-0, Sunday at the UNCG Tennis Stadium in Greensboro, N.C.

The Paladins won the top two doubles matches to clinch the doubles point.  Junior Madison Dillon and freshman Ellie Schulson defeated Juliana Craft and Hannah Mitchell, 6-3, at flight one, and freshmen Sara Snyder and Jess Dawson topped Olivia Gallagher and Mccollough Perry, 6-1, at number two.  Furman junior Maggie Pate and senior Eva Borders won by walkover at flight three. 

Furman won all six singles matches to complete the sweep.  Adams, who ranks 59th nationally, blew past Craft, 6-0, 6-1, in the top-seeded match up, and Schoppe outlasted Gallagher, 6-1, 7-6(5), at flight two.  At number three, Snyder recorded a 6-1, 6-3 advantage over Mitchell, and at number four, Dillon posted a 6-2, 6-2 victory versus Eugenia Camacho.  Schulson blanked Perry, 6-0, 6-0, at flight five, and Dawson won by walkover at flight six.

Furman (17-6, 6-0 SoCon) will conclude the regular season Saturday when the Paladins travel to ETSU.  First serve in Johnson City, Tenn., is set for 1 p.m.
