Greenville, S.C. – Furman's February 4 home matchup versus UNC Greensboro and the Paladins' February 28 trip to Western Carolina will be televised live on ESPNU as part of the Southern Conference's 2023-24 five-game package with ESPN, the league announced on Wednesday afternoon.
 
The Paladins, coming off a 28-8 record, SoCon regular season title, SoCon Tournament title, and NCAA first round upset of No. 4 seed Virginia, will host the Spartans for a 2 p.m. tip-off in a game at Timmons Arena that was originally slated for Saturday, February 3. Western Carolina will entertain the Paladins on ESPNU at 7 p.m. in Cullowhee, N.C., during the final weekend of the regular season.
 
Furman made seven appearances on the ESPN Family of Network last season, including five on ESPNU. The Paladins defeated Western Carolina in an overtime thriller on ESPNU in the semifinal round of the SoCon Men's Basketball Championship before claiming the league title the following night versus Chattanooga, 88-79, on ESPN.
 
In addition to the SoCon tilts versus UNCG and Western Carolina, head coach Bob Richey's squad is also slated to appear on the ESPN family of networks when it travels to the Myrtle Beach Invitational November 16-19.
