Greenville, S.C. – The Furman men's basketball team looks to return to the win column when it welcomes Southern Conference foe East Tennessee State to Bon Secours Wellness Arena on Wednesday night.
Tip-off for Wednesday's game, sponsored by Pepsi, is set for 7 p.m. and
tickets are available at FurmanPaladins.com. Wednesday is Buc Dog Night at the Well as the Paladins host the ETSU Bucs, and fans will have the chance to purchase $1 hot dogs at the Piedmont Grill near section 119.

Furman enters the SoCon showdown at 14-3 overall and 2-2 in league play following an 81-62 loss to Wofford on Monday night. Wofford raced out to a 40-17 lead to snap Furman's eight-game winning streak inside Bon Secours Wellness Arena and hand the Paladins their first home loss of the season. Junior
Charles Johnston led Furman with 14 points and seven rebounds, but the Paladins shot just 33.3% from the field.
The Buccaneers arrive in Greenville at 10-7 overall and 3-1 in the SoCon after downing The Citadel 70-52 at home on Saturday. Guard Quimari Peterson leads the Bucs and the SoCon averaging 18.2 points per game.
ETSU and Furman are meeting for the 70
th time with the Paladins holding a 35-34 series lead. Furman has won the last four series meetings and has claimed victories in the last six meetings in Greenville. In the last meeting on February 10, 2024, Furman captured a 65-63 victory over the Bucs in Johnson City, Tenn.
