Greenville, S.C. – Changes have been made to this weekend's Furman Softball Classic schedule with temperatures expected to dip below freezing each day of the tournament.
This weekend's 10-game tournament, which features Furman, Austin Peay, Holy Cross, Morehead State, and Northern Iowa, will now begin at 11 a.m. on Friday. The Paladins (3-7) play their first game of the weekend on Friday at 4:00 p.m. against Austin Peay and the game will be streamed live on ESPN+.
Following four games on Friday, the tournament will now feature just four games on Saturday, beginning at 11 a.m. with Austin Peay battling Northern Iowa. Furman will entertain Holy Cross at 1:30 p.m. and face Morehead State at 4:00 p.m. before Holy Cross and Northern Iowa close out Saturday's action. The weekend concludes with two games on Sunday, highlighted by Furman facing Northern Iowa on ESPN+ at 2 p.m.
