Greenville, S.C. – The Furman women's soccer will look to extend its eight-match unbeaten streak and earn its first Southern Conference win of the season when it travels to Lexington, Va., on Sunday afternoon to face the VMI Keydets.

The Paladins (6-1-2, 0-0-1 SoCon) began SoCon play with a 2-2 draw versus Mercer on Thursday night at Stone Soccer Stadium.

Emma Sexton lead the Paladins with four goals apiece through the first nine matches of 2025.
VMI dropped a 4-0 decision at UNC Greensboro in its conference opener Thursday night to drop to 1-8-1 overall and 0-1-0 in league play. Furman has won each of the previous 11 meetings versus the Keydets, including a 5-1 victory in Greenville, S.C., last season that featured goals from five different Paladins.
Following Sunday afternoon's clash in Virginia, Furman is back in action at defending regular season SoCon champion Western Carolina on Friday, September 26.
