Greenville, S.C. – Furman forward Wilfer Bustamante has been named to the Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week for the second straight week, it was announced on Tuesday morning.

Bustamante, a Greenville, S.C., native and product of J.L. Mann High School, netted his second straight hat trick and added an assist in Furman's 7-1 victory over USC Upstate before helping the Paladins to a draw at Southern Conference rival ETSU on Saturday night. The junior garnered Top Drawer Team of the Week honors and SoCon Offensive Player of the Week honors last Tuesday after scoring a hat trick in Furman's 3-2 win over ACC foe Virginia Tech.

Over the last four matches, Bustamante has totaled eight goals and two assists to lead Furman to a 3-0-1 mark. His 10 goals this season lead both Furman and the SoCon entering tonight's crucial SoCon tilt at UNC Greensboro, which is set for a 6 p.m. kickoff on ESPN+.

The Paladins conclude the 2026 regular season schedule on Saturday at 7 p.m. when they host the Wofford Terriers on Seagraves Field at Stone Stadium.
