Greenville, S.C. – Furman is set to take on the UConn Huskies in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday night and Paladin fans will have several opportunities to support the Paladins and celebrate the school's second trip to the "Big Dance" in the last four years. 
 
Fans are encouraged to gather at Timmons Arena to sendoff the Paladins on Wednesday, March 18, at 12:30 p.m. For those making the trip to Philadelphia, Furman will have an open practice session at Xfinity Mobile Arena on Thursday, March 19, from 3:30-4:10 p.m.
 
On Friday, Furman fans will gather at the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square, Furman's official team hotel, for a social and gameday sendoff. Start time for the event will be announced later this week on Furman's social media accounts, including @FurmanPaladins and @FurmanMBB on X/Twitter and furmanpaladins and furmanmbb on Instagram.
 
The Southern Conference champion Paladins, the No. 15 seed in the East Region, take on the No. 2 seed Huskies at 10:00 p.m. on Friday at Xfinity Mobile Arena and the game will be televised live on TBS.
