Greenville, S.C. – Furman men's soccer is back on Seagraves Field at Stone Soccer Stadium Wednesday night for a 6 p.m. clash with the Gardner-Webb Runnin' Bulldogs.

The Paladins are 1-1-3 on the season and coming off a 2-2 draw at Davidson last Friday evening. Goals by

Landon Hill erased and early 1-0 deficit, but the Wildcats earned a split of the spoils on a free kick in the 87
th minute. After consecutive draws, Furman is looking to secure its first win since a 4-3 triumph at No. 19 Duke on August 27.
Wednesday night's match marks the 15
th all-time meeting between Furman and Gardner-Webb with the Paladins boasting an 11-2-1 series lead. Last season, No. 9 Furman bagged a pair of goals in the opening 3:30 minutes en route to a 4-1 win at No. 8 Gardner-Webb.

Caleb Johnson staked the Paladins to an early lead before Bustamante and
Gianluca Rizzo scored to complete the four-goal outburst.
Following a season-opening loss to James Madison, Gardner-Webb earned a scoreless draw versus Davidson on August 28 and a 2-1 win at Coastal Carolina this past Friday to begin the 2026 campaign at 1-1-1.
Furman continues its homestand on Saturday at 6 p.m. when it hosts the Memphis Tigers for Senior Night at Stone Stadium.
