Greenville, S.C. – Furman begins its preparations for the 2026 women's soccer season on Saturday when it hosts instate foe and ACC power Clemson in a 7 p.m. exhibition contest at Eugene Stone III Soccer Stadium.
Admission to Saturday night's match is free and Stone Stadium gates open at 6 p.m.

Andrew Burr, who has posted a 256-121-43 overall record and 121-49-32 Southern Conference mark at the helm of the Paladin program. Burr returns eight starters from a 2025 team that fashioned a 10-4-5 overall record and 3-2-4 mark in league play. Second Team All-SoCon performers
Ellie Herrmann,
Maddie Massie, and
Norah Roller highlight the list of returnees. Massie and Roller combined to tally 15 goals and five assists a year ago. The Paladins also return SoCon All-Freshman choice

The 2026 regular season is set to kick off with a 7 p.m. contest against the Charlotte 49ers on Thursday, August 13, at Jen Garber Field in Charlotte, N.C., before the Paladins entertain North Greenville in the home opener at Stone Stadium on Tuesday, August 18, at 7 p.m.
