Greenville, S.C. – Furman is back on Seagraves Field at Stone Soccer Stadium Sunday afternoon when it hosts the VMI Keydets in Southern Conference women's soccer action.
 
Sunday's kickoff is set for 1 p.m. as the Paladins celebrate Purple Reign Day. The match will be streamed live on ESPN+ and links for the live stream and live statistics are available on the women's soccer schedule page at FurmanPaladins.com.
 
Furman enters Sunday's match at 6-3-2 overall and 1-0-1 in SoCon play. The Paladins have earned a point in seven of their last eight matches, including a 2-2 draw in their most recent outing last Sunday at new league rival Tennessee Tech. The Golden Eagles took the lead twice, but Furman's Norah Roller erased the first deficit with her fourth goal of the season and assisted on Marlie Nagle's game-tying goal with 1:21 remaining in the match.
 
The Paladins have won each of the previous 12 matches against VMI. In last season's meeting in Lexington, Va., Roller scored twice to key a 2-1 Furman victory. Furman captured a 5-1 win over the Keydets in the most recent meeting in Greenville during the 2024 season.
 
VMI is 0-10-1 on the season and began SoCon play with a 5-3 loss at The Citadel and a 4-2 defeat at home against UNC Greensboro.
